Restaurant Menu Manager (RMM) 1.6.n for Joomla 1.6, 1.7 & 2.5 is a component which allows you to create and manage food and drink menus for a range of cafes, bars, restaurants or similar establishments. Also supports menu item reviews. There is also a frontend admin system and it supports multiple venues. It is NOT compatible with older versions of Joomla!
